Green by design
Fakhruddin designed Maimoon around wellbeing: cleaner air and water, a herb wall in every home, a greenhouse on the podium and automation that cuts the bills. Less a slogan, more a list of equipment.
Developer renderThe podium joins Towers A and B: a lazy river, a cascading waterfall, a zen garden, a greenhouse and pools, above the street.
up to 30%
energy savings claimed by the developer from smart-home automation: lighting, cooling and access run from one app.
Air purification in the homes, presented by the developer as better indoor air quality.
Central purification of drinking water, for fewer plastic bottles.
A vertical herb garden in each apartment, and a shared hydroponic greenhouse on the podium.
Dry and wet waste separation in the towers, and a green wall on the podium facade.
Developer renderHydroponic growing and a Greenhouse Café for residents.
Developer renderYoga, meditation and a mist lounge under the pergolas.
Features and savings as announced by Fakhruddin Properties (project page and groundbreaking release, 2023). No green-building certification has been published for the project; actual savings depend on use.
The residences
Studios, one, two and three-bedrooms, delivered furnished according to the developer. Prices below are today's resale asking prices and the sales registered at the Dubai Land Department.
The entry ticket to Maimoon: a compact layout with a kitchenette, delivered furnished according to the developer, at the lowest price in the towers.
The JVC classic, and the largest group of units in the towers. A separate bedroom, an open kitchen and a balcony on most layouts.
The family size, and the one with the most registered resales in 2026: from about AED 1,280 to 1,500 per sq ft at the Dubai Land Department.
The rarest type in the towers. None was advertised on the first page of resales in October 2026: ask to be told when one comes up.
* Sizes from the developer's project page. Asking prices: Property Finder resale listings (first 20 of 81), 9 October 2026; all units are off-plan resales. DLD sales: transactions registered between April and September 2026. Indicative, excluding the 4% DLD fee, agency fees and any premium over the original price; availability and the remaining plan of each unit are confirmed in writing.
Payment plan
The developer's plan spreads the price over the build and beyond: 45% is due after handover, in instalments advertised until 2030. On a resale you take over the seller's remaining instalments.
The developer plan
* Plan as published on Property Finder's project page (October 2026); other sources quote different splits, and the terms of each unit depend on its sale contract. On a resale, the price paid to the seller usually covers the instalments already paid plus any premium.

Maimoon's two-bedrooms changed hands at AED 1.2–1.45M on the DLD register this year; JVC one-bedrooms rent for about AED 79,000 on average.
